The Quest (Upgrade Warehouse) Was Released On April The 18th. The upgrade allows you to store more, and now you can store businesses, residences and community buildings!!
This Quest Had 3 Tasks
Upgrade Warehouse
“Now you can store your businesses, residences and community buildings in your deluxe warehouse!”
* Have a warehouse that has been upgraded to 4 staff members.
* Click on your Warehouse to upgrade it to a Deluxe version.
* Store a Residence in your newly upgraded Deluxe Warehouse.
Sam says: if you have at least four friends staffed in your warehouse, you can click on it to upgrade for free!

Some of you have probably aready been doing this but I decided to help others.
Use the energy plugin to find 300-400 energy, than place alot of farming plots. fill with strawberries and keep planting and harvesting.
I have went from level 18 to 33 in a few hours. The only problem I have ran into is space for goods. I have about 20 stick already but it just isn't enough lol.
Anyways have fun leveling
Well, this cash cheat allows you to COMPLETE your buildings without having to send friends’ requests. The cash will not be saved but the building will be saved when completed. Community buildings to increase population cap will all require this cash cheat, so have fun as it works, as shown in my video. You CANNOT purchase cash buildings as there will be an error. Only works for community recruitment.
Tools Needed:
1.Charles Web Proxy Debugging
2.Firefox or Internet Explorer
Steps:
1.Open Charles
2.Enter CityVille
3.Go to Charles first and find the line “http://fb-client-0.cityville.zynga.com“
4.Expand it and you will see ‘flashservices/‘
5.Expand and you will see a lot of gateway.php(FlashService…)
6.Right click any of the gateway.php and select “Breakpoints“ (twice to be checked)
7.Now, reload CityVille.
8.A Breakpoint tab will appear in Charles.
9.Press EXECUTE once.
10.Another breakpoint will appear with an Edit Request tab
11.Click on EDIT REQUEST > AMF
12.Expand everything till you can see your own profile with the number of coins and cash that you have.
13.Change the cash value to 100
14.Go back to your session tab and remove the breakpoint.
15.Go back to the breakpoint tab and Click Execute
16.The game will now load and you should see your new cash.
Spend them on the community buildings now as they will disappear.

Requriments:

- business plot that someone is waiting to be approved
1. Open cityville
2. You must have an empty lot, with a neighbor requesting to open a business
3. Turn BP on in Charles, accept the franchise
4. In "Request", find "params", edit "resourceType" to the item you want, let's say, res_motel
5. If the RecipientID & SenderId are "string reference", change them to "string"
6. Replace the SenderId with your own ID, which is the Recipient ID
7. Turn BP off, then execute the request. Wait a few seconds, refresh
After refresh your new item should be in your city. Wink
