How to be the best mayor in CityVille?
This is an easiest and simplest way but you should always remember it. Try to maximize your population cap while paying the game.
Your population is what drives the economy of your City and more people equals more purchases which equals a bigger and better economy.
Being mayor of a city is a busy job but you have to keep your eye on the population. If you don’t have maximum then you need to do something to increase it.
Again, this is an easy one- just build community buildings but do remember that these need neighbors.
